Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive innovations with 2026 market potential
- Architect scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital sovereignty
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives and ESG imperatives
- Manage $2M+ R&D portfolio for future-focused pilot programs
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and industry thought leadership forums
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in launching at least two paradigm-shifting tech initiatives
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI development, or synthetic biology
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS) or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (e.g., Nature, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field preferred
