Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for 2026 technology adoption curves
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum AI, neural dust, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation
- Present future scenarios to C-suite stakeholders and venture partners
- Patent novel methodologies for human-AI symbiosis
- Mentor junior researchers in speculative design thinking
- Coordinate with international think tanks on global tech policy
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in emerging tech strategy at FAANG or equivalent
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing APIs
- Deep understanding of transhumanist philosophy and bioethics
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 patented innovations
