In this role, you will define the architectural patterns for next-generation neural networks, optimize deep learning pipelines for massive scale, and ensure our AI solutions are ethical, robust, and scalable. You will work directly with our CTO and a team of elite engineers to solve problems that don't yet have textbooks.

Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines tailored for future tech applications.
- Model Development: Spearhead the development and training of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents using state-of-the-art frameworks.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, researching novel algorithms to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams in product, engineering, and design to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric features.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI models adhere to strict data privacy standards and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of neural network architectures, transformers, and distributed computing.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous, complex problems and deliver innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
