In this role, you will be the strategic technical lead responsible for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring our AI models are not just powerful, but responsible and adaptable to the evolving landscape of enterprise technology.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable LLM and Generative AI infrastructure to support the 2026 product launch.
- Lead the technical strategy for model fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency for high-traffic production environments.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) at scale.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools and data pipelines (Airflow, Kafka, Spark).
