Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready AI Systems: Design scalable, robust, and secure machine learning architectures capable of handling massive data throughput and real-time inference.
- Model Development & Optimization: Lead the research and development of proprietary LLMs and deep learning models, focusing on performance optimization and cost efficiency.
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define the technical vision and milestones for our AI initiatives leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- MLOps Implementation: Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning, ensuring seamless deployment and monitoring of production models.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with a proven track record of deploying AI models to production.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Deep understanding of NLP and Computer Vision.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative algorithmic solutions.
