Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable LLM pipelines designed for the 2026 landscape of high-frequency data processing.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel training methodologies, including Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Constitutional AI.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for edge deployment scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of quantum computing researchers and data scientists.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI usage.
- mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning engineering and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale models in production environments.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and semantic search architectures.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
