Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI and robotics systems designed to meet our aggressive 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms.
- Optimize neural networks for real-time processing in high-stakes robotics environments.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to ensure seamless software-hardware integration.
- Define technical best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns for the AI division.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to ensure code quality and innovation.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in generative AI and robotic control systems.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML and robotics.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of reinforcement learning, computer vision, and SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping).
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing technical teams and projects.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
