Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems and microservices for the 2026 ecosystem, focusing on Generative AI and LLM optimization.
- Model Development: Lead the research, development, and fine-tuning of state-of-the-art large language models and multimodal AI systems.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Implement MLOps pipelines to streamline model training, validation, and deployment, ensuring low-latency inference.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the AI department.
- Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with the CTO to define the technical vision for future AI products and integration strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert level proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Spark).
- AI Expertise: Strong background in LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, and transformer architectures.
- Problem Solving: Ability to solve complex algorithmic problems and translate them into robust, production-ready code.
