Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Spearhead the design and implementation of scalable machine learning pipelines and AI infrastructure that support our flagship 2026 products.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate quantum algorithms into classical AI workflows for enhanced processing power.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the engineering department.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of model training times and resource utilization to ensure high-performance deployments.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI advancements, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into viable architectural solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Algorithm Expertise: Deep understanding of deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving ambiguous, high-level technical problems.
