Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, robotics, and sustainable systems
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Architect strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces)
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and internal R&D initiatives
- Author thought leadership papers on technology's societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional strategic communication and executive presentation skills
- PhD or advanced degree in relevant technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research on technological forecasting or innovation management
- Experience building and managing high-impact R&D teams
