Responsibilities

- Secure research grants and patents for proprietary quantum methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers and drive lab innovation roadmap
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years quantum research
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Strong background in quantum information theory and many-body physics
- Track record of high-impact publications in quantum computing
- Experience with cryogenic systems and microwave engineering preferred
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into commercial applications
