- Secure $5M+ in research funding through compelling technical proposals
- Represent InnovateX at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
- Drive patent development for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in advanced tech development with 5+ in leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, distributed systems, and low-latency architectures
- Proven track record shipping complex systems serving 1M+ users
- Published research in top-tier journals/conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience with quantum computing simulations and neural interfaces
- Exceptional problem-solving with demonstrated impact on industry standards
- Fluency in Python, C++, and emerging programming paradigms
