Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Vision: Architect a comprehensive roadmap for AI integration, identifying key milestones and emerging technologies for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into Generative AI, Neural Networks, and Quantum Computing applications to solve complex business problems.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI infrastructure that can handle millions of data points in real-time.
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with C-level executives to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and technical capabilities into business value.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation by mentoring junior architects and engineers.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to ethical standards, bias mitigation protocols, and global regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior AI architecture or leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies and executing on them successfully.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver solutions in fast-paced environments.
