Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end AI infrastructure pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating cutting-edge Generative AI models into our core products.
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security across distributed cloud environments.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for model monitoring, explainability, and ethical AI governance.
- Oversee the implementation of MLOps practices to streamline the machine learning lifecycle.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct architectural reviews and technical presentations to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and high-availability solutions.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale NLP or Computer Vision models in production.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Experience with AI ethics, compliance, and regulatory standards.
