- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives (2018-2025)
- Expertise in emerging tech frameworks: generative AI, Web3, or neurotech
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Technology Innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
