Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Vision: Lead the creation and communication of a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company’s long-term business goals and the specific requirements of the year 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies—including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech—assessing their viability and potential impact on our infrastructure.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with key technology vendors, research institutions, and industry thought leaders to stay ahead of the curve.
- Feasibility Analysis: Conduct rigorous cost-benefit analyses and proof-of-concept (PoC) testing for new technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Change Management: Guide cross-functional teams through digital transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption of future-proof systems.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor global tech trends and competitor capabilities to maintain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or executive leadership roles within the tech industry.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5+ years) and translate complex trends into actionable business strategies.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and Web3 technologies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
