Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable AI systems aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Collaborate with quantum hardware engineers to optimize algorithms for near-term quantum processors.
- Define best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment.
- Mentor a team of high-performing engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous research into emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing and edge AI deployment.
- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans for cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and distributed systems.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong aptitude for rapid learning in emerging tech stacks.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex product lifecycles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
