Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for the 2026 technology stack, integrating AI and Quantum Computing protocols.
- Develop high-level strategies and roadmaps for AI system integration across global platforms.
- Oversee the implementation of scalable machine learning models and deep learning frameworks.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization for future-proof applications.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct regular code reviews and technical architecture assessments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing concepts and their application to classical systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical teams and projects.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
