Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance 2D rendering pipelines using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and WebGL.
- Optimize existing 2D assets, animations, and transitions for 60fps performance across mobile and desktop devices.
- Collaborate closely with the UX/UI team to translate complex design concepts into pixel-perfect, scalable code.
- Debug complex rendering issues, memory leaks, and performance bottlenecks in real-time graphics applications.
- Research and integrate emerging 2D web technologies and creative coding libraries.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap for our next-generation 2D engine.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D graphics, animation, or interactive web design.
- Deep understanding of the Canvas API, SVG, and WebGL fundamentals.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Strong knowledge of linear algebra and physics for game-like interactions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Experience with performance profiling and optimization tools.
