Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-AI algorithms for complex problem-solving
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing error-corrected quantum computing protocols
- Author peer-reviewed publications in Nature/Science journals
- Secure $5M+ in federal/private research grants
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning
- Collaborate with IBM/Google quantum hardware teams
- Develop ethical frameworks for quantum AI deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Published research in quantum machine learning
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with high-performance computing
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
- Track record of translating theory to real-world applications
