Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipelines specifically for AI workloads.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge frameworks and tools to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Experience with MLOps, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
- Strong understanding of neural networks, NLP, and computer vision.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
