Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI and quantum computing infrastructure to support the 2026 roadmap.
- System Integration: Bridge the gap between classical machine learning models and emerging quantum algorithms.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- R&D Strategy: Lead research initiatives to explore new frontiers in neural networks and quantum entanglement applications.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize system latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex concepts into deployable solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML leadership roles.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record of designing systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
