Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define and execute the architectural vision for our flagship AI products, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect high-performance neural networks and distributed computing systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from training and fine-tuning to deployment and monitoring in production environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure all AI systems adhere to data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks. Proven experience building and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs).
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and microservices.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and optimize system performance under pressure.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
