As a Senior AI Architect, you will lead the technical strategy for our flagship project, focusing on scalability, safety, and next-generation neural architectures.

Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI infrastructure pipelines specifically tailored for 2026 performance standards.
- Model Development: Lead the research and deployment of advanced generative AI models, optimizing for low-latency and high-fidelity outputs.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical milestones for our 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging industry trends.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior and mid-level engineers, conducting rigorous code reviews and technical architecture discussions.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce computational costs while maximizing model accuracy and inference speed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, NLP, and the current trajectory of AI development leading up to 2026.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex system failures and design resilient fault-tolerant systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
