- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with 18-month predictive analytics
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, generative AI, and neuromorphic engineering
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage a $5M annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA JPL for R&D
- Present technology forecasts and impact assessments to the board of directors
- Mentor a team of 12 senior engineers and research scientists
- Drive patent development and intellectual property portfolio expansion
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics with 10+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent peer-reviewed publications
- Proven track record of scaling AI/ML systems to 100M+ user deployments
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum error correction protocols
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants and DARPA partnerships
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Strong background in venture capital tech investment evaluation
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
