Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for Generative AI and Autonomous Agents that align with 2026 technological standards.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for large-scale model deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term innovation.
- Research & Innovation: Explore cutting-edge advancements in Vector Databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Model Fine-tuning.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a world-class team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimization & Performance: Drive initiatives to reduce inference costs, improve latency, and maximize model accuracy in production environments.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Implement governance frameworks to ensure AI safety, fairness, and transparency in all deployed models.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- System Design: Strong ability to design distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing complex cross-functional projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies and a passion for solving complex, unsolved problems.
