Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge machine learning systems aligned with the 2026 technological horizon, including advanced LLM integration and agentic workflows.
- Scalable Infrastructure: Build robust, fault-tolerant MLOps pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing and high-frequency model training.
- Research & Innovation: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms, ensuring Nebula Nexus remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Model Optimization: Optimize models for quantum computing environments and edge devices, ensuring performance and efficiency.
- Ethical AI Leadership: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation in all deployed models.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform).
- AI Specialization: Proven track record of developing and deploying large-scale Generative AI models or LLMs.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and design systems for future scalability.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
