Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures optimized for high-throughput environments.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research and development in cutting-edge areas such as Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Quantum-inspired algorithms.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of large-scale distributed systems, ensuring low latency and high availability.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex AI requirements into robust, user-centric solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architectural role.
- Languages: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
