Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures for the 2026 initiative.
- Lead the technical roadmap for deploying large-scale language models and generative AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize model performance, reducing latency and increasing throughput in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict safety, privacy, and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying AI models at scale in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model versioning.
- Experience with Reinforcement Learning or Federated Learning is a plus.
