Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 AI strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and emerging technological trends
- Lead cross-functional teams of ML engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver scalable AI solutions
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices across all initiatives
- Identify and capitalize on emerging AI technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, generative AI) for competitive advantage
- Develop KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure AI ROI and impact on business growth
- Forge strategic partnerships with AI research institutions and industry leaders
- Present AI vision and progress to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in leadership roles at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven track record of deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions generating $10M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and ethical AI frameworks
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field from top-tier institution
- Published research in top AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or equivalent industry recognition
- Experience with AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
