- Lead the architectural design and deployment of large-scale Deep Learning and LLM systems.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to achieve sub-millisecond latency and cost efficiency.
- Drive research initiatives in Multimodal AI and Autonomous Agents.
- Mentor a team of high-performing AI engineers and researchers.
- Establish robust MLOps strategies and data governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with product leaders to define the 2026 product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed computing, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Experience with Reinforcement Learning and Natural Language Processing.
