Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for Agentic AI systems, ensuring our roadmap aligns with 2026 industry standards.
- Design scalable architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ethical AI governance frameworks.
- Oversee the research and integration of emerging technologies (e.g., quantum-inspired algorithms, edge AI).
- Mentor a high-performance team of AI researchers and engineers.
- Present technical roadmaps to executive stakeholders and venture capital partners.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or artificial intelligence.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and defining product roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with transformer models, reinforcement learning, and graph neural networks.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
