Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Systems: Design end-to-end machine learning pipelines capable of handling exascale data processing and real-time generative AI outputs.
- Lead Generative AI Research: Spearhead the development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal agents.
- Optimization & Scale: Implement advanced MLOps strategies to ensure model inference latency is under 50ms at peak loads.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for bias mitigation and transparency in autonomous decision-making systems.
- Tech Strategy: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge hardware (e.g., neuromorphic chips) and software frameworks.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes).
- Generative AI: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Cloud Expertise: Proven track record deploying scalable solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
