Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term architectural vision for our AI ecosystem leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems for large-scale machine learning models and neural networks.
- Lead the migration of legacy infrastructure to modern cloud-native AI frameworks (Kubernetes, Serverless).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical architecture.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model deployment, and MLOps pipelines.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architecture audits to ensure system integrity and security.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven experience designing microservices and distributed systems at scale.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with security protocols and compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR).
