- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop long-term technology roadmaps that align with business objectives and position Nexus Horizons as an industry leader.
- R&D Leadership: Lead cross-functional research and development initiatives to prototype and validate future-ready solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical futures into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with HR to define the skill sets required for the future workforce and build high-performance teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategy, technology consulting, or product management within a high-growth tech environment.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, blockchain, and next-gen computing paradigms.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and create actionable blueprints for the future.
