Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect 2026 to spearhead the development of next-generation artificial intelligence systems. At Nexus Horizon Tech, we are not just building software; we are architecting the future of human-machine interaction. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous agents, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will lead a high-performance team in designing scalable, secure, and ethical AI infrastructures that will define the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond. You will work at the intersection of deep learning, data engineering, and product strategy to deliver solutions that are not only powerful but also responsible.
Responsibilities
- Architect and Deploy: Design and implement robust AI/ML pipelines and scalable infrastructure for large-scale Generative AI applications.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI innovation, researching and integrating cutting-edge models (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3, custom architectures) into our production environment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of talented data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce best practices for AI safety, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product managers to define the AI roadmap and translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 2+ years specifically focused on Deep Learning and NLP.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Modeling: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize large-scale distributed systems.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
