Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures tailored for high-volume enterprise environments.
- Strategic Roadmap Leadership: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, integrating emerging technologies like Generative AI and Quantum Computing concepts.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency in real-time applications.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Innovation: Strong ability to think critically and creatively about solving complex problems with data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
