Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement for future-focused initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to accelerate R&D
- Ensure ethical implementation and regulatory compliance of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or product development
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain, or extended reality
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts
- Strong presentation skills with experience engaging executive stakeholders
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Professional) highly valued
