Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, robust, and secure AI infrastructures capable of handling millions of transactions.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the development of cutting-edge algorithms, focusing on deep learning and natural language processing.
- Model Optimization: Implement techniques to reduce latency and improve inference accuracy for real-time applications.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap and AI strategy to align with company goals for the 2026 timeframe.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is required.
- Specialized Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) or Computer Vision systems in production environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Language: Native fluency in English.
