Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for AI-driven products, specifically targeting 2026 market trends and capabilities.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable machine learning models and generative AI pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, edge AI) to determine feasibility and integration points.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance standards are met across all AI deployments.
- Drive best practices for data governance, model training, and deployment strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing large-scale, distributed systems that handle high concurrency.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Experience with prompt engineering and Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
