- Facilitate executive workshops on emerging technology impacts
- Produce trend briefs and future-state whitepapers for stakeholder alignment
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and innovation velocity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFTR) preferred
