Responsibilities

- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Optimize systems for low latency, high throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI adoption within the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of shipping production-level machine learning models.
