Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create and execute a long-term strategic vision for technological advancement that aligns with company objectives.
- Lead AI & Emerging Tech Integration: Spearhead the research and implementation of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing solutions.
- Oversee R&D Initiatives: Manage a dedicated research and development team focused on identifying and validating future-ready technologies.
- Drive Digital Transformation: Lead the digital transformation strategy to modernize legacy systems and enhance operational efficiency.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish relationships with leading tech research institutions, universities, and industry thought leaders.
- Ensure Scalability & Security: Design robust, secure, and scalable architectures capable of handling future growth and data loads.
- Culture of Innovation: Foster a high-performance engineering culture that encourages creativity, experimentation, and rapid prototyping.
Qualifications
- Executive Leadership Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in a senior technical leadership role, with at least 3 years in a Director or VP capacity.
- Future-Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, Blockchain, and Cloud Native architectures.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Acumen: Strong grasp of software development lifecycles, system architecture, and data science principles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
