Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and LLM architectures optimized for production environments.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating AI agents into enterprise workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous R&D to identify emerging technologies that will define the industry in 2026.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all proprietary models.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years dedicated to AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Experience designing and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-growth tech environments.
