Responsibilities
- Lead System Design: Architect scalable, robust, and secure AI infrastructure that powers our core products and future innovations.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and predictive analytics.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Drive the optimization of existing models for latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency in production environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and designers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Strategic Planning: Define long-term technical strategies and stay ahead of industry trends to ensure 2026 remains at the forefront of AI technology.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving complex, ambiguous problems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
