Responsibilities
- Architecting the Future: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams for 2026 and beyond.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and deployment of state-of-the-art Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
- Strategic Leadership: Translate complex business requirements into technical AI roadmaps, ensuring alignment with long-term product vision.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize model latency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency across distributed cloud environments.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI: Implement robust governance and ethical guidelines to ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and safe.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused specifically on AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern NLP frameworks.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience designing systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure (Kubernetes, Docker, Serverless).
- Mathematical Aptitude: Strong understanding of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, non-linear problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
