Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural architectures aimed at achieving Artificial General Intelligence (AGI).
- Lead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs), multimodal learning, and reinforcement learning.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and validation of models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and ethicists to deploy responsible AI.
- Mentor junior researchers and guide them in their technical development.
- Publish findings in top-tier academic conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Deep Learning, Machine Learning, or AI Research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed venues or shipping high-impact AI products.
- Demonstrated experience with Transformer models and NLP pipelines.
