Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging technologies to identify high-value opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design) to integrate futuristic solutions.
- Evaluate and assess new tech stacks for scalability and long-term viability.
- Drive innovation workshops and visioning sessions for stakeholders.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or strategic technology planning.
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies, including AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing concepts.
- Strong background in cloud architecture and distributed systems.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on mentorship and team growth.
- Relevant advanced degree (M.S. or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
