Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Large Language Model (LLM) architectures for 2026 readiness.
- Lead the implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance data accuracy.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for edge deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct research into emergent behaviors in neural networks to improve safety and alignment.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Deep understanding of transformer models, attention mechanisms, and NLP.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
