Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure to support 2026 product roadmaps.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to drive innovation in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and security across all AI deployments.
- Define best practices for model training, evaluation, and MLOps pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Deep understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performance teams.
